Apple, which reduced the designs to the thinnest level they could until the M2 MacBooks in 2022, kept the designs to a single standard by adding back ports such as SD Card and HDMI at the request of users in 2022. Mark Gurman made a statement on the subject that the MacBook Pro will probably not undergo another real revision until 2026.
